Preview Images
Will the camera watermark on the preview images be on the photographs I purchase?
The camera and company information shown on the preview images serves to protect our copyright. The watermark is not included on purchased photographs, whether digital or printed. Any attempt to remove the marks from the preview images is a violation of copyright laws.
The online preview image appears grainy or out of proportion. Will the purchased photographs be like this?
Limitations in computer equipment and software may cause unusual pixelation or distortion when viewed. Purchased images will be full color (or Black and White, if applicable) and natural scale unless otherwise noted within the description.
Privacy Policy
Is my contact or personal information shared with other companies?
Silverwing Photography has a strict policy for handling personal, customer information. The information you provide to Silverwing Photography is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. Silverwing Photography will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.
What if I want a picture digitized for embroidery?
Silverwing Photography will share your selected image(s) and contact information with our sister company Art of Embroidery only if you are requesting embroidery services or a quote for embroidery services. Package opportunities are available for photography and embroidery services.
Copyright Protection
May I distribute the photographs I purchase from Silverwing Photography?
All photographs are owned by Silverwing Photography and protected by United States Copyright Laws. Purchased prints may be used personally, as gifts, or sold for profit. Prints and electronic images may not be reproduced except as provided under contract.
Can photographs be used in Commercial publications?
Any photographs used in commercial publications are subject to additional charges or royalties requiring prior authorization in writing or package contract.
Can I use my pictures in promotional materials or my web-site?
Promotional and Internet use of photographs are handled based on your photography package and event detail. Please contact Silverwing Photography to request promotional or Internet use; this is typically permitted at little or no cost as long as photo credit is provided.
What credit is required for featured photographs?
Photographs obtained from Silverwing Photography that are used in promotional materials, web-sites or other publications should be credited to “Silverwing Photography” and may include our location of “Jamison, PA (USA)”.
